Sugar free, gluten free, high protein, low carb, paleo, grain free
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond meal
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 eggs
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Pro-matrix wicked whey WPI)
1tsp baking powder (gluten free)
1/2tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of sea or Himalayan salt
2tbsp cacao or cocoa powder plus extra for dusting
1tbsp granulated stevia
2tbsp butter or coconut oil melted
1/2 cup of frozen cherries defrosted
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Mix all dry ingredients together
3. Make a well in the middle and add eggs, butter (or oil), vanilla
4. Pour into a parchment lined baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes
5. Once cooled, dust with cacao or cocoa powder and top with more cherries!
