Easy Meal Prep Lemon Butter Fish

Fish is delicious, a great source of lean protein to keep you full, build muscle, just life haha. It’s also full of those heart healthy Omega 3’s which also help you have beautiful skin! This recipe shows you how easy it is to bulk prep yummy fish for busy nights!Makes 6 160g servings

  • 1kg White fish fillets of choice (boned, defrosted) sustainably source pls!
  • 1 lemon
  • 1tbsp grass fed Butter (or extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • Optional 1tsp cayenne pepper or dill

1. Preheat oven to 180 C and line a baking tray with foil

2. Melt tbsp of butter (if using) in microwave

3. Spread fish out evenly on tray

4. Squeeze half of the lemon juice all over

5. Spoon over butter, garlic and pepper (cayenne/dill if using) evenly

6. Cover with another layer of foil

7. Bake for around 12 minutes

8. Serve up with you favourite veggies

9. Store portions in airtight container in fridge for 2 days and in sandwich bag in freezer for up to 3 months
