Salted Caramel Candied Nut Clusters: Grain, Sugar and Gluten Free with Low Carb Option

Never miss cereal again!! Super easy grain and sugar free nut clusters to make your own candied granola cereal, snack on, serve at parties or top your yogurt! This healthy gluten free recipe is sure to please all the vegans, paleo’s, sweet tooth’s and satisfy cereal cravings! I’ve included a low carb option for you keto diet followers 💚

Makes around 2 cups

  • 1 1/4 cup unsalted nuts of choice chopped Into small pieces
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (for keto use sugar free maple syrup)
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2tsp ginger ground
  • 1/2tsp sea salt or Himalayan

1. In a small saucepan on medium heat add all ingredients except nuts and coconut

2. When it starts to bubble add in nuts and coconut

3. Continuously stir mixture with a spatula for around 5 minutes

4. Pour onto a lined baking tray and spread out (see bottom imagine)

5. Leave out to set for 30 minutes

6. Break into clusters

Ideas for how to use

1. As a snack put into sealed sandwich bags to have on hand

2. As a cereal mix in with coconut flakes, seeds, fruit

3. Mix in with yogurt
