Serves 2
- 300g sweet potato
- Paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 200 Celcius
2. Spiralise or grate sweet potato
3. Spread out on lined baking tray
4. Pour oil all over and sprinkle paprika and salt as desired then toss around
5. Bake for around 10 minutes
6. Serve up with your favourite pasta sauce and toppings
