No Bake Brownie Protein Bars: Low Carb Workout Snacks

6 ingredients, 5 minutes and no skill is all that’s required to make yourself delicious protein bars to power your workouts for the week! Low carb, high in protein with no sugar or gluten šŸ‘ŒšŸ»
  1. 1.5 cups coconut flour
  2. 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (I use Pro-Matrix Wicked Whey)
  3. 2tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  1. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
  2. Ā½ cup nut butter of choice (I use natural peanut butter)
  3. 2-3 tbsp honey/maple syrup/ granulated sweetener
  4. Almond milk-use 1tbsp at a time until dough comes together
  1. Mix all ingredients except milk in a bowl
  2. Add 1tbsp milk at a time until dough can be formed
  1. Make 6 bars and Transfer to lined baking dish, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  2. Store in airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer
