Sea Salt Nutella Cups: Clean Eating Version

Nutella and Chocolate, do I need to say anything more here?! You can either do the quick version or make your own healthy Nutella and raw chocolate (recipe include) !

For this recipe you have two options

1. Super easy 2 ingredient option or

2. Homemade everything option! See below

For super easy option

  • 1 jar store purchases chocolate spread (sugar free, there’s heaps of options) I like Mayvers or CoYo
  • 300g dark chocolate (preferably sugar free!) or homemade version (below)
  • Sea salt
  1. Melt 150g dark chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals
  2. Pour into silicon muffin cups and fill half way
  3. Set in fridge for 30 mins
  4. Spoon a tsp Nutella into each cup
  5. Melt remaining chocolate and pour on top to filll
  6. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top of each
  7. Set in fridge for 30 mins


To make your own!

To make Nutella

  • 3 cups raw or roasted unsalted hazelnuts
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate preferably sugar free (creamier version) or cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch of sea salt

*if using cocoa powder add 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  1. Process all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy
