Nutella and Chocolate, do I need to say anything more here?! You can either do the quick version or make your own healthy Nutella and raw chocolate (recipe include) !
For this recipe you have two options
1. Super easy 2 ingredient option or
2. Homemade everything option! See below
For super easy option
- 1 jar store purchases chocolate spread (sugar free, there’s heaps of options) I like Mayvers or CoYo
- 300g dark chocolate (preferably sugar free!) or homemade version (below)
- Sea salt
- Melt 150g dark chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals
- Pour into silicon muffin cups and fill half way
- Set in fridge for 30 mins
- Spoon a tsp Nutella into each cup
- Melt remaining chocolate and pour on top to filll
- Sprinkle a little sea salt on top of each
- Set in fridge for 30 mins

- 300g raw dark chocolate found here Raw Chocolate Recipe
- sugar free home made Nutella
To make Nutella
- 3 cups raw or roasted unsalted hazelnuts
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate preferably sugar free (creamier version) or cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch of sea salt
*if using cocoa powder add 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Process all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy
