1.5 cups nuts of choice (or 1 cup nuts, 1/2 cup shredded/desiccated coconut)
1 cup pitted dates
Scope of chocolate protein powder
2tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
1tbsp honey/maple syrup (optional)
1-2tbsp nut butter (optional)
1tbsp coconut oil
1/2tsp vanilla powder or essence
1. Whiz the ingredients together in a blender or food processor
2. Roll into balls
3. Store in fridge or freezer for months!
