Raw Nutella Protein Slice: Clean Eating Fit Food at its Finest ❤️

Nutella Protein Slice…Do I need to say anything more! This tastes like heaven and it’s refined sugar free, grain free and gluten free 🙌🏻

Paleo, sugar free, gluten free, high protein, refined carb free, vegan (use vegan protein powder)


1.5 cups pitted dates

200g hazelnuts

1/2 cup protein powder or almond meal (I use Pro-Matrix Wicked WPI

Pinch of sea salt

Protein Nutella Topping

2 cups of hazelnuts skinned

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

1/4 cocoa powder

1 Scoop chocolate protein powder of choice (I use Pro-Matrix Wicked Whey)

3 tbsp of honey/maple syrup or if low carb, 3 tbsp of granulated sweetener of choice.

2tbsp of almond or coconut milk

Roast hazelnuts by baking in an oven on 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Blend hazelnuts in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy

Add remaining ingredients and blend all together

Pour over base and place in fridge to set
