Strawberry Fat Bombs: Low Carb Keto Snacks

As far as diets go, I think Keto has the most delicious meal and snack options, all the healthy fats!!! If you follow a keto diet the aim is to eat mostly healthy fats (60-70%), with a little protein (15-30%) and little carbs (5-10%). While I do not follow this diet or have an opinion on it, I certainly love a good keto recipe, all about the healthy fats (think avocado, full fat dairy, meats and fatty fish).

Low carb, Keto, paleo, gluten free, sugar free, grain free


200g Cacao Butter

150g coconut butter (melted in microwave first!)

50g coconut oil

10 drops liquid stevia

2-3 tbsp freeze dried strawberry powder (Woolies and Coles sell freeze dried strawberries, whiz them up in blender to make powder)

1tsp vanilla essence

Pinch of sea salt

  1. Melt cacao butter in a saucepan over medium heat
  2. Add in other ingredients
  3. Pour into chocolate moulds, cupcake patties or ice cube container
  4. set in fridge or freezer
  5. Store in fridge
