Raw Double Chocolate Brownie Protein Cookies

A big batch of cookies in under 10 minutes! Combining cacao and almonds, these raw cookies are full of Vitamin E which is know to boost skin health and prevents against wrinkles! Did I mention they are easy and soo delicious! I make these as treats for loved ones who do not usually eat sugar free foods and they love them!

Refined sugar free, gluten free, grain free, paleo, vegan

Ingredients

3/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup of Protein powder of choice (I use Pro-Matrix Wicked Whey WPI)

1 cup pitted dates

2 heaped tbsp cacao or cocoa powder

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp nut butter of choice

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Pinch of sea or himilayan salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate either chopped to mix in or melt to drizzle on top

1. Blend all ingredients except almonds and chocolate

2. Once combined, add almonds and pulse. If the mixture isn’t combining well add 1-2 tbsp water

3. If you want to add the chocolate to the mixture stir in now

4. Line a tray with baking paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop out portions to shape into cookie shape. I also use a cookie cutter to make heart shapes

5. If drizzling Choc on top, melt and drizzle on top with a tea spoon

6. You can also use more chocolate to fully cover the cookie if you want something extra rich!

Use white chocolate and add strawberry or raspberry powder for extra pretty 💕
