So simple, so delicious! A high protein, sugar free and clean eating snack that tastes like dessert. Great for pre or post workout. Gluten free and low carb 🍓
I am naughty and sometimes add Marshmallows, we all have our vices :p Skip this step to steer clear of sugar!
- 100g fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries
- 100g plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- Optional: 1tsbsp honey/maple syrup or sweetener of choice like granulated stevia
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor
- Pour into a glass/bowl and freeze until frozen and leave out for 10 minutes before eating
- I add my marshmallows before I freeze it, as I happen to think frozen marshmallows are amazing. I froze marshmallows by accident once and discovered they are delicious. Hard on the outside but still gooey in the middle!
