All you need is 2 ingredients to whip up a quick snack with an array of amazing health benefits! We know by now that plain unsweetened greek yogurt is filled with nutrients, protein and probiotics. Combined with the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds in blueberries, this sweet treat should be a go to snack to beat the 3pm sugar cravings!
170g plain greek yogurt
- Blend together in a food processor, blender or juicer
- Pour onto a lined tray with baking paper (I used star moulds for fun)
- Set in freezer
- When ready to eat pull out of freezer and leave to sit for 10 minutes
